ensured that a quality atmosphere was created and a great day had by all
- thanks only to you! For those who missed it, here’s your chance to
make up for it as we mix things up again in our new home – The Grand

MONGO are delighted to be back and we'll be kicking off our Summer parties for 2012 this coming May Bank Holiday Weekend! For anyone who has been with us from the start, you'll know that Summer time holds a very special place in MONGOs heart. Last Summer gave us those epic memories of the Courtyard on Hartcourt st, the 'Crazy Raver Guy' youtube video and of course, The Luas!! This year promises lots more great memories as we kick off Dublin’s summer in style…
Sunday May 6th will welcome some of our favorite DJs & Live Acts from Dublin & around the country to The Grand Social for another marathon 12 hour party! There will be three areas of music with house, disco, techno and everything in between the order of the day. In a slight change to what we are used to in The Grand Social, we're gonna give the techno faithful a well earned run in the upstairs Loft Room where Irish techno legends SUNIL SHARPE & FRAN HARTNETT [Live] are joined by JAY GROGAN for some late night action. Warming up we welcome one half of Heavy Reel - DARREN RICE along with Mongo resident AL KEEGAN and a host of others!
The Downstairs Ballroom will see the housier side of things play out throughout the day. The line up includes Subjects LEE KELLY, rising producer BRAME and a very special back 2 back set from Mongo's AARON NOLAN, Animal Tunes CITIZEN BLACK & Pygmalion's BABESTEALER to finish the night off in fine style!
The Garden will once again return and offer nothing but vibes all day long, providing the soundtrack of Hip Hop / Disco & Party buzz we welcome Dublin party hero's HANDSOME PADDY who will return to Dublin's DJing circuit after a brief hiatus we also have Nightflights LIL DAVE, Familys MARK ALLTON and all round gent NIC JAMES and more... See below for full line up
Doors will open at 3pm on the day and we'll go til late, so whether you want a full day of high octane rave or some pre party -drinks before hitting the town, we'll provide the perfect party! To assist, we'll offer various drink promos and also a BBQ in the garden (to keep you in good health!) Admission for the event will be €12 on the door (no pre sale tickets). Capacity is limited & every MONGO party since Paddy's Day 2011 has sold out, so please please arrive early to avoid disappointment!
